We build bridges where support has gaps,
not to carry people,
but to walk beside them until they feel steady again.
Because every caregiver deserves a break.
And every person deserves connection.

About Us
Our Mission
Every story has a beginning; ours started with a belief that no one should ever feel unseen.
At The Iris Project, we believe compassion and professionalism can exist side by side.
Our mission is simple: to bridge the gaps in available support with structure, empathy, and dignity, ensuring no one is left without support.
We provide assistance and companionship for individuals of all ages, as well as respite for caregivers. Whether you need a few hours each week or ongoing support, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
We’re here for everyone who needs us.

Our Services

Companionship & Caregiver Relief
Meaningful presence and compassionate engagement for individuals who benefit from connection and gentle supervision.
Our companions bring warmth, empathy, and genuine conversation, offering peace of mind to families and moments of rest for caregivers. Support may include shared conversation, games, reading, walks, or quiet companionship, always centred on comfort, dignity, and trust.
Services are flexible and tailored to each individual’s schedule, preferences, and needs.

Home Support & Daily Living Assistance
Practical, hands-on support designed to make everyday life feel more manageable and supported.
We assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, organization, errands, and other daily routines, always with respect for the home and individual independence.
Our goal is to support daily living in a way that feels natural, empowering, and responsive to changing needs. Services may vary from visit to visit.

Transportation & Community Access
Supportive transportation that helps individuals stay connected to their community, appointments, and daily life.
Whether attending appointments, running errands, or participating in community outings, our support workers provide safe, respectful assistance from door to door. Transportation support is delivered as part of overall community support and adapts to individual needs and routines.
Every trip is approached with care, patience, and attention to comfort and safety.
